Hello,

My name is ReBecca Lavin. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and 2001 graduate of a comprehensive 1000-hour program offered by The Brian Utting School of Massage. 

Since that time I have been sole proprietor of a growing practice named MassageBeneficial. I have been privileged to work with, and continue to learn from, various professionals in the healthcare and wellness fields. Continuing educational opportunities enrich my body of knowledge around how to better serve both clients and patients.  

Since early 2004 my time has been shared between two locations in Redmond, WA. while fullfilling On-Site needs as well. 

Coming from many years experience in corporate sales, a fair portion of my practice is focused on methods of stress reduction as a path to better health.
