Cancellation Policy: A fee of $45 will be billed to the client or patient for cancellations that do not provide 24 hour notice prior to scheduled appointment. Please note:Insurance companies are not responsible for and will not pay for these fees.

No Show Policy: The standard fee for service will be billed to the client or patient in full for missed appointments with no prior notice. Please note that Insurance companies are not responsible for and will not pay these fees.

Refund policy:No refunds are available for unused Gift Certificates or Pre Pays, however they are transferrable within a reasonable amount of time from date of purchase. (One Year)
Pricing: All pricing is location specific and based on cash received at/or prior to time of service.
